STRENGTH

This class is designed to build muscular strength and improve overall stability. Using a combination of free weights, resistance equipment, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll target major muscle groups to enhance power, functional movement and muscle development. Perfect for all levels.

METCON

Short for metabolic conditioning, metcon describes a type of workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During a metcon workout, you will work out moderate to high intensity.

HYROX

Get race-ready with our Hyrox class! This session combines functional strength, cardio, and endurance work inspired by the Hyrox competition format. Perfect for those looking to build stamina, power, and speed while mastering key race movements. The perfect functional fitness workout.

ENGINE

This high-energy session focuses on building cardio capacity and endurance. Perfect for anyone looking to make a real change to their fitness levels and dramatically improve heart and lunges health.

HYBRID

Hybrid training is an approach that combines resistance training with cardio. Being both strong and fit at the same time is the goal.
