What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help a site remember your preferences and run certain features. We keep ours to a minimum and only set non-essential cookies after you allow them.
Cookies we use
The list below is the full set of cookies this site is configured to use. If a category is not shown, we do not set any cookies in it.
Essential for the site to work. These are exempt from consent under the rules and cannot be switched off.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| wnd_consent | Paul McGowan Fitness | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again. | 180 days |
Third-party tools and embeds, such as the booking calendar and location maps, that set their own cookies. Off until you accept or choose to load them.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calendly (booking calendar) | Calendly | When you load the booking calendar on a thank-you page, Calendly sets cookies to run the scheduling widget. | Set by Calendly when you load the calendar |
| OpenStreetMap (location maps) | OpenStreetMap Foundation | When you load a location map on the locations page, the map is fetched from OpenStreetMap, which may set its own cookies. | Set by OpenStreetMap if you load the map |
Managing your choice
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, with equal options either way. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, which reopens the banner. You can also control cookies through your browser settings:
Data we collect from forms
Cookies are separate from the details you send us through a form. We keep form submissions for a minimum of 24 months, then delete them. For what we collect, why, the lawful basis, and how to ask for access or erasure, see our privacy policy.
